Step 1:
Navigate to Settings -> Memberships -> Join Form
Step 2:
In the Join Form section, scroll down to the Join Form Content section and select the down arrow to expand the section.
Step 3:
In the Join Form Content section there are a list of fields that are customizable. Updating any field and saving will update the join page's text. Note that there are fields for when the viewing user is logged in and logged out. The next steps will show where these fields are displayed on the join form.

Step 5:
